Looking for a dynamic field role where your analytical skills and hands-on leadership directly impact workplace safety?

 

We are hiring a Safety Analyst to help build and strengthen our safety culture on the ground. In this role, you’ll perform structured analyses of safety data, maintain critical compliance records, and support safety reporting tools to elevate operational safety across our projects. You will travel around Eastern Iowa and conduct site audits, gate checks, and building maintenance support directly with our field crews.

 

 You must live in Eastern Iowa.  Territory includes: Cedar Rapids, Manchester, Camanche, and Burlington, with additional travel as needed.

What you’ll do

  • Field Leadership: Conduct site audits, gate checks, and building maintenance support directly with our field crews.
  • Data & Compliance: Analyze safety data, maintain compliance records, and optimize reporting tools.
  • Safety Culture: Partner closely with crews to advocate for and foster a proactive safety-first mindset.
  • Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel
  • Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping
  • Assist with continuous improvement of reporting tools

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support
  • Strong Computer skills - Google Suite preferred. 
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks with high accuracy
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

 
Physical abilities & exposures

  • Routinely: Complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locations
  • Occasionally: Climb stairs, lift 26–55 pounds, operate vehicles
