What you’ll do

Program Support: Assist the Program Manager in the development, implementation, and tracking of operational programs. This includes creating and maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports.

Coordination and Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams (e.g., engineering, product, logistics, sales) and external stakeholders. Organize and lead meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items.

Program Delivery: Monitor program progress and execution against established milestones, ensuring timely delivery of program outcomes and adherence to quality standards.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data related to program performance, operational efficiency, and key metrics. Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights and support decision-making.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize existing operational processes and workflows. Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Risk Management: Support the identification of potential risks and issues that could impact program success. Assist in developing and implementing mitigation strategies.

Resource Management: Help manage and track program resources, including budget, personnel, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with all program stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Familiarity with operational processes, supply chain management, or logistics is a plus.
