What you’ll do

  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Order Inventory from various vendors
  • Coordinate and reconcile inventory monthly for the entire company
  • Clean and maintain warehouse and surrounding yard area including trash bins
  • Organize material in their specific locations by hand and/or with equipment
  • Help crews load material throughout the day
  • Ability to input data and run reports in various computer systems
  • Ensure that the Company Safety Program is followed
  • Ensure that the necessary safety equipment is available
  • Input inventory orders into computer system
  • Ability to Count inventory and track by paper and electronically

What you’ll need

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Ability to operate forklift/backhoe/trackhoe/loader or ability to learn
  • Class A CDL desired
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Moderate Computer Skills
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working around/with heavy equipment and inventory experience. Experience with a forklift desired
  • Forklift certification/license

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and frequently lift or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
