What you’ll do

A successful Project Specialist shall drive the planning, tracking, delivery and overall execution of an assigned project by establishing strong, positive relationships with key cross functional groups. This position is a key representative of the project team and will coordinate and monitor all administrative efforts towards on-time delivery. The Project Specialist will assist management to implement strategies for the business throughout assigned projects with focused alignment towards measurable, functional improvements across the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with property contact on-site to gather detailed site notes and photographs for each location
  • Perform pre-sale and post-sale site survey scope of work packets
  • Develop base mapping and provide field engineering services 
  • Estimate creation to be used for pre-sale contracts bids
  • Adherent to administrative guidance on project execution
  • Identify and course correct project issues and risks, participate in response plans to resolve
  • Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
  • Additional duties as assigned

What you’ll need

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have advanced training in the field
  • Must have experience in Telecommunications/MDU/Commercial Engineering
  • Have solid experience with the principles and practices of fiber specific projects, network deployments and related fields
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Have experience working in all weather conditions

Scheduling:

  • Must be available to work in office, Monday - Friday, with possible overtime.
