At Texstar Enterprises, LLC, as a Dispatcher, you’ll manage technician schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and other departments. You’ll track work status, update records, and ensure timely completion of service requests.

What you’ll do
- Manage and prioritize technician schedules, tasks and quotas to efficiently meet customer needs
- Dispatch orders, messages, and special instructions to technicians and other departments
- Track work status, provide updates, and escalate issues as necessary
- Create, manage, and close tickets while updating logs as needed
- Handle and process data from multiple sources
- Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentation
- Keep records of service calls and work orders
- Monitor and respond to customer and technician communications to resolve scheduling or service conflicts
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- At least one year of previous dispatch experience is preferred
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Basic computer skills is preferred

- Routinely: use keyboard & mouse
- Occasionally: climb stairs, stand, walk and operate vehicle
