The Specialist Fleet Services plays a critical role in supporting the organization in asset
licensing, recordkeeping, procurement, disposal, inventory, distribution, and compliance
maintenance.

The Specialist Fleet Services reports directly to the Director Fleet Services.

What you’ll do

Exhibits, promotes, and maintains a strong safety culture to ensure quality standards are
being met in all aspects of daily operations, with a special emphasis on Fleet Assets.
● Coordinates asset licensing requirements and compliance (Titles, Registrations, DOT
Inspections, etc.).
● Maintains and manages asset files and associated database recordkeeping.
● Assists Analyst Fleet Services in generating, maintaining, and distributing necessary
reports related to fuel usage, asset repairs, asset maintenance, compliance, warranty
repairs, recalls, etc.
● Assist in entering and tracking equipment information, dates, etc. throughout the
disposal process.
● Assists in management and reporting of physical asset locations and their conditions.
● Assists company drivers with attaining required vehicle permits when necessary.
● Performs miscellaneous data entry as needed.
● All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

● Minimum of 6 months experience in a DOT regulated industry (trucking or construction)
required. High school diploma or GED equivalency required. Associate Degree in
business administration or a related field is strongly preferred.
● Valid State driver's license (cannot be considered Provisional), including an MVR record
that is deemed acceptable by the company required.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Suite with the ability to learn new
systems and software related to the role required.
● Prior experience in automotive fleet services, logistics or related experience required.
● Prior experience with title and registration compliance in a fleet setting is required.
● Prior knowledge of DOT rules and regulations required.
● Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
