At Texstar Enterprises, LLC, as a Specialist Inventory Management, you’ll keep everything running smoothly by managing the warehouse management system and coordinating with cross functional partners on data integrity. You’ll ensure data data integrity is maintained, investigate any discrepancies and help to correct variances.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain Warehouse Management System and ensure data integrity

  • Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery of required project materials

  • Assist with audits of inventory counts for all sites

  • Run reports for slow moving stock, dead stock and inventory aging and make suggestions on inventory movement to maximize utilization of goods

  • Assist in ERP/WMS Transition to SAP

  • Audit and Maintain the Fiber Reels Sequence Data Log

  • Coordinate with Inventory Management team on cycle counts and verify variances

  • Coordinate with Field Ops to resolve material shortages

  • Coordinate with Procurement on Receiving Discrepancies

  • Provide input for SOPs & Work Instructions

  • Data cleanup and migration

  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older

  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company

  • High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience

  • Advanced knowledge of computer systems including MS Office Suite; Google Workspace (SAP experience strongly preferred)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Must have a strong attention to detail

 

 Physical abilities & exposures

  • Routinely: Perform basic office functions - sitting at a computer for multiple hours.  

  • Occasionally: Fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
