What you’ll do
- Develop high-level dashboards and safety metric reports
- Identify trends and opportunities using incident and field audit data
- Partner with operational leadership to assess safety KPIs
- Support root cause analysis of significant incidents
- Manage compliance reporting and system integrity
- Automate reports and recommend improvements to data tools
- Train junior team members on analysis techniques and reporting tools
- Ensure readiness for audits and data-based compliance reviews
- Support annual safety planning and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Safety, HR, and Operations teams
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in safety data analysis, field operations, or analytics leadership
- Advanced experience with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Ability to lead safety reporting initiatives across departments
- Strong presentation skills and ability to advise senior leaders
Physical abilities & exposures
- Routinely: Complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locations
- Occasionally: Climb stairs, lift 26–55 pounds, operate vehicles
