UtiliQuest, LLC, a leading provider of Damage Prevention Services, is seeking a Specialist, Quality Control (FieldCheck™ Auditor) to audit virtual manifests of location of underground facilities using plat and photo attachments. The Quality Control Specialist will verify conformance of manifest and documentation to and client specifications as well as company quality assurance standards.

What you’ll do
-
Assists center manager, quality coaches and trainers in identifying strengths and weaknesses of technicians.

Must be able to proficiently interpret utility maps.

Demonstrates understanding of the overall locating process, internal expectations, specific client requirements, and the impact of damages on client, excavator and company.

Verifies that a field / site visit was accomplished for each ticket dispatched as regards location, address and area of excavation; identifies utility sources and refers to records.

Reviews ticket scope to ensure ticket instructions and notes, as well as corporate and client documentation requirements are met, including but not limited to:

Verify date and timestamp and ticket number for “watermark”

Confirm client assignments and responses

Verify scope of work request as defined by ticket instructions/notes

Ensure Virtual Manifest™ clarity as well as company and client. requirements

Ensure annotation of High Profile (HP) requirements.
What you’ll need
Knowledge and Abilities:
-
Successfully complete company’s locator training program, and pass applicable written tests.

Develop general knowledge of State and Local damage prevention regulations.

Develop general knowledge of utility construction patterns and layout.
Education and/or Experience:
-
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
-
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Applicant should have some basic computer knowledge and the desire to learn new computer programs.

Applicant must be detail oriented and understand the volatile impact of accurate audit findings and reporting.
The wage range for Specialist Quality Control Office is $16.00 - $16.00.
