What you’ll do

  • Maintaining equipment and vehicle maintenance and repair records
  • Data entry
  • Run Preventative Maintenance(PM) reports
  • Document tracking
  • Vehicle licensing
  • Vehicle job cost allocation  
  • Creating processing invoices for payment
  • Coordinate assigned work with other departments

What you’ll need

  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Data Entry Skills; Type 55-60 WPM
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of team
  • Knowledge of records management procedures
  • Positive attitude, punctuality and reliability are a must
  • Automotive/Parts aptitude/experience desired but not required
  • Two (2)+ years of experience as a Fleet Administrator or in a similar position
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrates a strong capacity to quickly adapt by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones

The wage range for Coordinator Fleet is $18.00  - $24.00.
