What you’ll do
- Maintaining equipment and vehicle maintenance and repair records
- Data entry
- Run Preventative Maintenance(PM) reports
- Document tracking
- Vehicle licensing
- Vehicle job cost allocation
- Creating processing invoices for payment
- Coordinate assigned work with other departments
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel)
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Data Entry Skills; Type 55-60 WPM
- Attention to detail is a must
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently, follow detailed instructions, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of team
- Knowledge of records management procedures
- Positive attitude, punctuality and reliability are a must
- Automotive/Parts aptitude/experience desired but not required
- Two (2)+ years of experience as a Fleet Administrator or in a similar position
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrates a strong capacity to quickly adapt by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones
The wage range for Coordinator Fleet is $18.00 - $24.00.
