What you’ll do
-
Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials, tools, and equipment.
-
Cleaning and preparing job sites before, during, and after work activities.
-
Digging trenches, backfilling holes, and performing basic excavation work.
-
Follow safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Conducting basic site maintenance and housekeeping to keep work areas organized.

Reporting safety hazards, damaged equipment, or job-site concerns to supervisors.

Performing other duties assigned by the foreman or superintendent.
What you’ll need

OSHA 10 - Required
-
Valid Nevada Driver's License with an acceptable driving record. - Required
-
Be at least 18 years of age
-
2+ years of experience in telecommunication construction, operating equipment, utility trucks, or performing similar tasks.

Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug screening.

Strong ability to work independently and contribute in team environments
-
Ability to work safely in all weather conditions
-
Effective communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach
-
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Experience safely operating various hand tools and utility trucks, is preferred
Physical abilities & exposures
-
Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds

Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
