VCI Construction is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and business operations. This role will analyze financial data, prepare reports, assist with forecasting and month-end reporting, and help identify trends and opportunities to improve business performance.

What you’ll do
- Analyze monthly financial results, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and management reporting.
- Perform variance analysis and identify trends in financial and operational performance.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports to support business needs.
- Work with Accounting and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist with improving reporting processes, data accuracy, and reporting efficiencies.
- Support financial projects and other analysis as needed.
What you’ll need
- 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
- Financial modeling
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Construction or other project-based industry experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large amounts of financial data and communicate findings clearly.
The wage range for Analyst Finance is $72,000.00 - $85,000.00.
