the full lifecycle of project-related personnel administration—from onboarding and compliance to data
analysis and reporting. You will ensure that all departmental processes are executed with precision

What you’ll do
Coordinates the full onboarding process, including preparing new-hire files,
completing/verifying I-9 documentation, and submitting background checks.
• Acts as a primary point of contact for employee / candidate requests, answering questions
regarding company policies and HR procedures with a high level of customer service.
• Assists with the coordination of clinic appointments for drug screens and physicals, as well
as the processing of terminations.
• Administers benefit plans (enrollments and changes) and ensures accurate record-keeping
for payroll deductions.
• Maintains accurate electronic employee files and ensures all I-9 files are compliant. Prepares
professional correspondence and legal documents as requested.
• Manages essential clerical functions including scanning, mailing, filing, and photocopying to
ensure efficient office operations. Performs other related duties to support the department
as assigned.
What you’ll need
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Candidates must pass a pre-employment background screen and drug test
• Valid State drivers license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional
correspondence.
• A working understanding of human resource principles, practices, procedures, and
state/federal employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and related administrative
software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp attention to detail to ensure error-free record-
keeping.
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks in a high-paced, occasionally
stressful environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service approach to internal employee
management.
• Being bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 2–3 years of related experience in HR or project
coordination.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelors degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
The wage range for Coordinator Human Resources is $20.00 - $25.00.
