In this role, you will support our operations, supervisors, and billing teams by helping maintain and improve the tools and workflows used for production tracking and reporting. You will assist with troubleshooting system and workflow issues, supporting users, and helping our teams transition to a new production management system.

What you’ll do
- Support supervisors and billing administrators with production tracking tools, spreadsheets, and operational workflows.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Google Sheets, Excel trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools used by operations teams.
- Assist with rolling out and supporting a new production management system across multiple departments.
- Help identify and resolve workflow, reporting, and data issues in day-to-day operations.
- Perform basic scripting, automation, or data support tasks using SQL, Python, or Go when needed.
- Work closely with field and office teams to improve processes and reduce manual tracking efforts.
- Provide user support and training for new systems, workflows, and operational tools.
- Document workflows, processes, and recurring issues to support long-term system improvements.
- Serve as a resource between operations teams and system implementation efforts to help ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
What you’ll need
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Candidates must pass a pre-employment background screen and drug test.
- Valid State driver’s license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Basic experience with SQL, Python, or Go preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, workflows, and operational processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with both field and office personnel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable supporting users and explaining technical processes to non-technical teams.
- Experience supporting operational teams, production environments, or internal systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with telecom construction, utility construction, or field operations is a plus.
- Committed to meeting deadlines and efficiently solving operational problems.
The wage range for Specialist Project is $26.00 - $30.00.
